AxoriumPeps ships within the United States only. Orders are prepared in California and packed to protect research materials during normal carrier transit.
Processing and tracking
Processing time depends on order volume, payment confirmation, inventory, weekends, and holidays. When your order ships, the tracking number and carrier link are emailed to the address provided at checkout and shown in your account when available.
Delivery responsibility
Carrier estimates are not guarantees. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if tracking shows damage, loss, or an incorrect delivery.
Restrictions
We may decline or cancel orders where shipment or receipt is restricted by law, carrier policy, payment-provider rules, or our research-use requirements.
