1.Research use only
All products supplied by AxoriumPeps are intended solely for legitimate laboratory research. They are NOT for human or veterinary consumption. They are not drugs, foods, supplements or cosmetics, and no product is offered to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase and possess research materials in your jurisdiction. Confirming your age does not indicate that any product is suitable for human or veterinary use.
3.No guidance on use
AxoriumPeps does not provide dosing information, administration instructions, research protocols or any advice relating to use in humans or animals, and will not do so on request.
4.Buyer responsibility
You are solely responsible for the lawful handling, storage, use and disposal of purchased materials, and for compliance with all applicable laws, institutional policies and safety requirements in your jurisdiction.
5.Product information and documentation
Product information, availability, pricing and documentation status may change. Purity values are published only where a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis has been received from a testing laboratory. Where no document is on file, listings state CoA Pending.
6.Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are shown in United States dollars. We may decline, cancel or limit any order, including where an order appears intended for non-research use, where a restriction applies, or where a pricing or inventory error has occurred. Payments are handled in accordance with applicable payment processor rules.
7.Shipping restrictions
Shipping is subject to applicable law, carrier policy and destination restrictions. We do not ship where a product may not lawfully be received, and we do not design or operate our services to circumvent any restriction.
8.Returns
Because these are research materials, opened or temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned. Contact support within 7 days of delivery for items damaged in transit or shipped in error.
9.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxoriumPeps is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the purchase, handling or use of any product. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
10.Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
